Valorant Pro Crosshairs: 532 Codes Analysed
We decoded the crosshairs of 532 Valorant pros: 87% switch outer lines off, 40% run a centre dot, and 29 play with a black crosshair.
Our Valorant settings database holds the crosshair codes of 532 professionals. We ran every one of them through our own decoder — the same one that draws the previews on this site — and counted what these players have in common. Short answer: the pro crosshair is stripped to the bone. Outer lines are off for 87%, and one in four plays with no inner lines at all, meaning a dot.

Outlines are the only setting where the scene splits almost evenly: 53% against 47%. Everything else is close to unanimous — a rare case where "what the pros use" actually means one thing.
The single most used crosshair
Twenty players out of 532 share the exact same code, the most common in the base:

It reads simply: lines fully off, one dot in the centre, opaque outline. It never covers a head at range and never fights your eye while you track movement — that is the whole appeal.

Colour: white rules, but 29 players run black
By colour: white — 290 players (55%), cyan — 113 (21%), green — 48 (9%), red — 22 (4%), yellow — 15 (3%).
Then there are 29 professionals whose profiles carry the custom colour c;8;u;000000FF — a fully black crosshair. That is not a parsing glitch: the code is written that way in their profiles. Black stays visible against a bright sky and sand, exactly where a white crosshair dissolves first.

How to copy one without wrecking your aim
The crosshair is the second most important setting after sensitivity, but it works differently: sensitivity transfers by maths, a crosshair is chosen by eye. Take a player's code, live with it for a couple of days, then change one parameter at a time — otherwise you never learn which change actually improved your hits.
