Valorant Patch Notes

Every patch note, newest first: agents, weapons, maps and ranked

Latest here: September 23, 2026

Riot ships Valorant updates in numbered versions, and each one carries its own notes. What actually matters in a patch is usually four things: agent abilities, weapon numbers, the map pool and the ranked system. Everything else is fixes.

The freshest breakdown here is Valorant Patch 13.06: the Warden Rifle and Agent Mastery, published September 23, 2026.

We write from the official Riot patch notes, adding what the change does in a round rather than retelling the list. Pro settings and crosshairs live in the settings database.

How often Valorant patches land

Riot keeps a clock. Across the last 16 patches the median gap between two releases is 14 days, and every single gap fell between 13 and 21 days. Nothing in that window came out of nowhere, so if the previous patch is two weeks old, the next one is due.

The contrast with Counter-Strike is the whole difference between the two games' update culture. Valve shipped 59 updates over the last year with a median gap of 5 days and a longest silence of 34 days: more often, but with no schedule you could plan around. Riot trades frequency for predictability.

Counted from the official Riot patch notes: 16 releases between February 17, 2026 and October 13, 2026, latest 13.08.
