1win Sign TDK Roster: nafany and Ax1Le Finally Have an Org
1win swapped their whole CS2 roster in two days: the old five benched, TDK promoted. The story of a team that played six months at a loss.
In two days at the start of August, 1win rewrote their entire CS2 roster. On July 31 the organization benched all five players: Qikert, lattykk, reyoz, cronuss and oz1k. On August 1 they announced the signing of the TDK roster: nafany, Ax1Le, fame, BELCHONOKK, ArtFr0st and coach groove. From the outside it looks like a brutal swap, but the other half of the story is far more human.
TDK was never an org: it was a project funded by the players
The team came together on January 17, 2026: no club, no sponsor, no payroll. nafany was out of work after AMKAL shut down, Ax1Le had spent almost a year on BetBoom's bench, and groove hadn't coached anyone since Cloud9 left the game. The five simply wanted to play and climb the Valve rankings.
"Due to the market situation and our unwillingness to 'wait and see,' we've assembled a roster with which we plan to advance through the Valve rankings," nafany said when TDK was announced.
For six months that ran on enthusiasm and the players' own money. In April, nafany put it bluntly: the team was operating in the red.
"We're all genuinely living at a loss. Essentially, I feel the burden that any small organization feels," — nafany, April 2026.
The results were there, though: in February TDK won ESL Challenger League Season 51 Europe Cup 1, beating Alliance in the final, and by July they had climbed into the world's top 40. Mid-July brought reinforcements: fame from Virtus.pro and BELCHONOKK from PARIVISION.

In practice 1win didn't sign individual players: they signed a finished collective, coaching staff included. The nafany-Ax1Le-groove core is familiar to anyone who remembers Gambit and Cloud9: the same people, five years and several collapsed projects later.
What happened to the old five
On August 11, 1win officially released Qikert, lattykk, reyoz, cronuss and oz1k. The team didn't break up: the players continue together under the name Color, not a new organization, just the banner a rosterless five plays under. In 1win's words, they will "fight for their goals independently."
The irony: 1win's former roster now sits exactly where TDK spent six months clawing its way out of. Five players, no sponsor, nothing but the Valve ranking and the hope somebody notices.
First matches
The new 1win debuted on August 3 at NODWIN Clutch Series 10 with a 2-0 win over ex-RUBY, with ArtFr0st the best player of the match. On August 8, nafany summed up what the move meant to him.
"For me, it's like a dream," nafany said about how the 1win roster came together.
